Ultra-Luxury
Atelier standards. Hand-stitched ostrich, polished obsidian, hexagonal-quilted leather, brushed champagne-gold. No wood. Every material chosen by intention.
2,800 horsepower. Hand built in America. Six vehicles. One doctrine.
Vehicles that combine hypercar-grade performance, ultra-luxury craftsmanship, and software-defined multi-role behavior. Vehicles that compete simultaneously on speed, opulence, and technology.
Atelier standards. Hand-stitched ostrich, polished obsidian, hexagonal-quilted leather, brushed champagne-gold. No wood. Every material chosen by intention.
2,800 horsepower from a hybrid drivetrain. Dual-turbo V8 hand-built by an American racing-engine specialist. Dual front axial-flux motors and integrated rear e-module. World-record performance in every body style.
Hand-built racing-grade V8s. Performance forced-induction engineering. Premium acoustic co-engineering. Hand built in America. Every door sill carries the words.
6.2L dual-turbo V8 hand-built by an American racing-engine specialist. 1,200 hp from combustion alone. Each Ultra-tier engine carries an individual builder's plaque.
In-house acoustic engineering subsidiary. Up to 33 speakers per cabin, co-tuned with the exhaust manifolds. Anatum retains a pair of iconic blue VU meters above the dashboard.
Independent design house and atelier. Hand-finishes SCANT-tier vehicles with bespoke materials, custom monograms, and constellation headliners. Allocation by atelier invitation.
Every chassis. Every plate. Every door sill. Hand-assembled by American craft specialists. The "HAND BUILT IN AMERICA" inscription is etched on each Ultra-tier door sill, individually numbered.
ULA conversations are underway with leading American performance and audio engineering houses. Final partnership announcements at production lock.
Records and horsepower are the table stakes. The deeper differentiation is in features that no other automaker will commit to — because the manufacturing, the supply chain, or the brand discipline isn't there.
The same Apex 8 Ultra hybrid — 6.2L dual-turbo V8 plus axial-flux e-motors — powers every ULA Ultra-tier body. 2,800 hp combined across hypercar, sedan, SUV, three-row, GT, and pickup. Even brands that share platforms split drivetrains by body style. ULA does not.
The Apex 8 exhaust manifolds and the 33-speaker cabin profile are tuned as one integrated acoustic system. Stealth mode cancels exhaust harshness through the speakers; Ultra mode amplifies the V8 character to fill the cabin. No other manufacturer ships this kind of sound engineering.
Every panoramic roof carries fiber-optic stars in the silhouette of its vehicle's namesake — a peregrine falcon for Anatum, a little owl for Noctua, a mammoth for Mastodon, a coiled serpent for Asper, an anaconda for Eunectes, an earth-titan for Behemoth. SCANT-tier owners specify the exact night sky.
An 8-foot pickup bed treated as a continuation of the cabin: hexagonal-quilted leather floor and walls, integrated champagne cooler, grill module, folding hospitality stools, ULA Ultra Luxury Audio bed speakers. Tailgate hospitality as a category no manufacturer has attempted.
Bentley and Mercedes mount headrest speakers on the front seats. ULA Ultra-tier mounts a precision-engineered pair on every seat — including the third row of the Mastodon, the rear executive lounge of the Noctua, and the bed of the Behemoth. Sound follows the rider, not the body style.
Ultra-tier ships electrochromic glass on every window with per-window driver control, and tunable white-spectrum headlights from 2700K warm to 6000K cool-bright. Ultra SCANT unlocks the headlight and grille light to the full visible spectrum — atelier-curated, programmable, synced to cabin ambient.
Hebrew בהמה etched into the Behemoth's obsidian console. Greek ΕΥ ΝΕΚΤΗΣ on the Eunectes. Each vehicle carries a private signature in the language of its myth — invisible until you know to look.
Owners tune exhaust character, anti-lag intensity, decel-pop calibration, and cabin acoustic profile from the cabin display. Five presets ship from the factory; SCANT owners receive bespoke profiles from the atelier. Updatable over the air across the lifetime of the vehicle.
No wood. No leatherette. No plastic chrome. Every ULA cabin is finished in materials specified for the way they age — and in a process that ends with a builder's plaque on the engine.
The brand's signature seat material. Ostrich nappa stitched in the hex motif that recurs across grille, wheel, and headliner. Available throughout the cabin on every Ultra-tier vehicle.
Subtle scaled embossing across nappa leather. Asper and Eunectes carry this signature on door cards, dashboard, and luggage. Eunectes ships with a bespoke three-piece matching luggage set.
Drive-mode puck and shifter cut from solid faceted crystal. Diamond-cut crystal flutes in the Noctua's champagne refrigerator. Mother-of-pearl rings around critical controls.
The brand's signature accent metal. Hand-applied to dash plates, door pulls, headliner trim, and the engine builder's plaque. Patinas with use, never coats.
Headliner stars woven from individually fed fiber-optic strands. Each vehicle's mythology silhouette is hand-positioned. SCANT-tier owners specify the exact night sky to be reproduced.
Every door sill carries the words. Every plate confirms the origin. The Apex 8 and Apex 8 Ultra engines are assembled and stamped by the engineer who built them — every Ultra-tier engine carries a builder's plaque.
Drive mode and cabin acoustic profile are co-tuned. Switch character without switching cars.
Cancel exhaust harshness. Prioritize cabin silence. Soft bass, neutral mids.
Civilized exhaust note, gentle anti-lag. Long-distance neutral.
Open exhaust, balanced character. Tight low-end, articulate highs.
Maximum theatrics. All sources active. Track-spec.
Custom acoustic profile created at the SCANT atelier. OTA-updatable forever.
I started ULA because I refused to accept the choice every American buyer has been forced to make for forty years: the speed of a hypercar, or the craft of an atelier — never both. ULA is the answer.
Six vehicles. One drivetrain doctrine. 2,800 horsepower. Each one hand-built in America, each one finished with materials and inscriptions that nod to its mythology — a falcon, an owl, a serpent, a mammoth, a titan, an anaconda. Each one carries the words on the door sill: HAND BUILT IN AMERICA.
I'm not asking you to take a leaf-spring brand and call it luxury. I'm asking you to step into a category that didn't exist before. The Ultra Car. Built for the buyer who refuses the false choice.

Begin ConfigurationEvery ULA Ultra-tier vehicle shares the same Apex 8 Ultra hybrid drivetrain — 2,800 hp combined. Each vehicle expresses that power in its own mythology, body style, and atelier character.
A new category of American performance — hand built, atelier-finished, lined up the way a lineup is meant to be.
The Anatum drag-race film — the first ULA brand film, the moment the lineup announced itself. 0–60 in under two seconds, 60–120, 120–200, then a hard powerslide stop. A statement of intent.
I started ULA because I refused the false choice every American buyer has been forced to make for forty years: speed of a hypercar, craft of an atelier — never both. Six vehicles. One drivetrain doctrine. Hand built in America. Each one carries the words on the door sill.
Hasan Mutlaq · Founder
Hasan Mutlaq founded ULA to define a new category of American luxury performance — vehicles that compete simultaneously on speed, opulence, and technology. ULA is the realization of an unwavering vision: that American performance and Old-World craftsmanship can occupy the same chassis.
Every ULA vehicle carries a name from classical, scientific, or biblical tradition — and a hidden constellation in the panoramic glass roof. Anatum (peregrine falcon). Noctua (little owl). Asper (serpent). Mastodon (mammoth). Behemoth (biblical earth-titan). Eunectes (anaconda — Greek for "good swimmer"). Hidden ancient-script Easter eggs are etched into the obsidian inlays of select vehicles.
Three tiers of commitment. Signature — real-volume luxury performance. Ultra — no-compromise engineering flagship. SCANT — atelier serialized commission, hand-finished by SCANT, allocation by atelier invitation.

An atelier announcement. Allocation by atelier invitation. Independent customization & design — the white space between Old-World ateliers, hypercar coachbuilders, edgy heritage jewelers, and limited-drop streetwear.
Heritage atelier prestige. Hand-built engineered extremity. Youth-luxury edge with hype-drop culture. SCANT is the customization house no one else can be — sitting in white space between Old-World ateliers, hypercar coachbuilders, edgy heritage jewelers, and limited-drop streetwear.
SCANT operates across automotive, marine, aviation, residential, architectural, and bespoke product commissions. ULA SCANT-tier vehicles are SCANT's flagship automotive program — allocation by atelier invitation.
Two engineering features SCANT-tier alone can specify without limits.
SCANT-tier vehicles unlock the headlight and grille light to the entire visible spectrum. Atelier-curated palettes per commission, programmable scenes, and synchronized cabin ambient lighting. Ultra-tier ships tunable warm-to-cool white (2700K → 6000K). Signature ships fixed daylight white. Only SCANT runs the full color spectrum.
Every window is electrochromic on Ultra and Ultra SCANT. Driver-controlled, continuously variable from clear to private, per-window or whole-cabin master. Step into the back of a Noctua at noon and have the rear cabin go opaque before the door closes — no curtains, no film, no shade.
Exhaust note and cabin acoustics, co-engineered as one integrated system. Every harmonic is intentional.
Hand-built champagne-gold and black billet drivers, engineered in-house. The diaphragm rim is engraved ULA ULTRA LUXURY AUDIO. Every cabin speaker is signed by its maker.
Cancel exhaust harshness. Prioritize cabin silence. Soft bass profile, neutral mids.
Civilized exhaust note, gentle anti-lag. Warm mids, balanced highs. Long-distance neutral.
Open exhaust, balanced character. Tight low-end, articulate highs. Daily driver enthusiasm.
Maximum exhaust theatrics. All sources active. Aggressive bass, sharp transients. Track-spec.
Custom acoustic profile created at the SCANT atelier. OTA-updatable across the lifetime of the vehicle.
Dual-driver door audio (mid-range hexagonal speaker + lower hexagonal subwoofer). Twin precision-engineered headrest speakers per seat. A-pillar speaker pods at each end of the hyperscreen. Cargo-bay subwoofers. Active sound shaping per drive mode.
The acoustic engineering team tunes the cabin profile alongside the Apex 8 exhaust manifolds. Stealth and Comfort modes cancel unwanted frequencies. Ultra mode amplifies the V8 character through 33 speakers.
Anatum Ultra retains a pair of iconic blue VU meters mounted above the dashboard. Reframed as "ULA Ultra Luxury Audio" badge plates. The meter aesthetic is the visual anchor — a brand-exclusive cockpit signature.
Owners can tune exhaust character, anti-lag intensity, decel pop calibration, and cabin acoustic profile within Personal Mode. SCANT-tier owners receive bespoke sound profiles created at the atelier. OTA-updatable across the lifetime of the vehicle.
Every plate confirms the origin.
Hand-built Apex 8 and Apex 8 Ultra V8 engines, assembled by a Wisconsin racing-engine specialist. OEM-grade quality, certification, and warranty service. Each Ultra-tier engine carries a builder's plaque.
American performance-engineering consultancy on the Apex 8 Ultra forced-induction system. Co-credit on Ultra-tier engines. Primary architecture support on the SCANT-tier HEMI-derived 1,500 hp commission variant.
In-house acoustic engineering subsidiary co-developing the integrated cabin–exhaust acoustic system. Every ULA speaker bears the ULA shield.
SCANT-tier vehicles receive their atelier customization layer at the SCANT campus. Bespoke materials, custom monograms, hand-finished surfaces, individual builder identification.

SCANT ATELIER
SCANT-tier configuration is not yet available through the public configurator. The atelier program is opening in stages, with allocation by direct invitation from the SCANT team.
To begin a conversation about a SCANT commission — for a vehicle, a yacht, an architectural project, or a bespoke product — contact the atelier directly:
SCANT pricing, allocation, and waitlist are confirmed individually with each principal. There is no public price sheet.
A new American automaker, founded by an operator who refused the false choice between speed, craft, and software. The team is small, intentional, and built for the long arc of the brand.
Hasan Mutlaq founded ULA out of a refusal. American buyers had been forced to choose for forty years — the speed of a hypercar, or the craft of an atelier, or the software intelligence of a modern EV. Never all three.
ULA is the answer to that refusal. Six vehicles, one drivetrain doctrine, hand-built in America, finished with materials and inscriptions that nod to each one's mythology. SCANT — Hasan's atelier and design house — provides the customization layer for SCANT-tier vehicles and operates independently across automotive, marine, aviation, residential, and bespoke product commissions.
Hasan also operates a real estate operating system — a separate venture leveraging the same operational discipline. ULA, SCANT, and the real estate program share an ownership philosophy: serialized, allocated, and built for the long arc of the relationship.
Decisions are made by people who own the consequences — not by external strategy firms. Every commitment is the founder's commitment.
ULA is an automaker, not a campaign. The brand is built for the next forty years — and the relationship with each owner is built the same way.
The Apex 8 Ultra hybrid is the engineering anchor of the lineup. Every Ultra-tier vehicle shares the same 2,800 hp drivetrain, hand-assembled and stamped by the engineer who built it.
SCANT — the customization atelier — operates independently and feeds the lineup. The atelier is not a department; it's a parallel design house that ULA commissions for SCANT-tier work.
Every door sill carries the words. Every plate confirms the origin. Every Ultra-tier engine bears the builder's plaque. Provenance is not a brochure claim — it is a manufacturing discipline.
ULA does not publish SCANT-tier production numbers. Allocation is by atelier invitation. Pricing for SCANT commissions is confirmed individually. There is no public price sheet for the atelier program.
The team is small. Roles open as they become essential, not as a hiring funnel. Engineers, atelier craftspeople, owner-relationship managers, and operations leaders welcome.
