The same Apex 8 Ultra hybrid — 6.2L dual-turbo V8 plus axial-flux e-motors — powers every ULA Ultra-tier body. 2,800 hp combined across hypercar, sedan, SUV, three-row, GT, and pickup. Even brands that share platforms split drivetrains by body style. ULA does not.

Co-engineered exhaust + cabin acoustics.

The Apex 8 exhaust manifolds and the 33-speaker cabin profile are tuned as one integrated acoustic system. Stealth mode cancels exhaust harshness through the speakers; Ultra mode amplifies the V8 character to fill the cabin. No other manufacturer ships this kind of sound engineering.

Constellation headliner per mythology.

Every panoramic roof carries fiber-optic stars in the silhouette of its vehicle's namesake — a peregrine falcon for Anatum, a little owl for Noctua, a mammoth for Mastodon, a coiled serpent for Asper, an anaconda for Eunectes, an earth-titan for Behemoth. SCANT-tier owners specify the exact night sky.

Bed-as-cabin (Behemoth).

An 8-foot pickup bed treated as a continuation of the cabin: hexagonal-quilted leather floor and walls, integrated champagne cooler, grill module, folding hospitality stools, ULA Ultra Luxury Audio bed speakers. Tailgate hospitality as a category no manufacturer has attempted.

Twin headrest speakers · every seat.

Bentley and Mercedes mount headrest speakers on the front seats. ULA Ultra-tier mounts a precision-engineered pair on every seat — including the third row of the Mastodon, the rear executive lounge of the Noctua, and the bed of the Behemoth. Sound follows the rider, not the body style.

Adaptive-tint glazing + programmable lighting.

Ultra-tier ships electrochromic glass on every window with per-window driver control, and tunable white-spectrum headlights from 2700K warm to 6000K cool-bright. Ultra SCANT unlocks the headlight and grille light to the full visible spectrum — atelier-curated, programmable, synced to cabin ambient.

Hidden script inscriptions.

Hebrew בהמה etched into the Behemoth's obsidian console. Greek ΕΥ ΝΕΚΤΗΣ on the Eunectes. Each vehicle carries a private signature in the language of its myth — invisible until you know to look.

Personal Mode · OTA for life.

Owners tune exhaust character, anti-lag intensity, decel-pop calibration, and cabin acoustic profile from the cabin display. Five presets ship from the factory; SCANT owners receive bespoke profiles from the atelier. Updatable over the air across the lifetime of the vehicle.

No wood. No leatherette. No plastic chrome. Every ULA cabin is finished in materials specified for the way they age — and in a process that ends with a builder's plaque on the engine.

Hexagonal-quilted ostrich

The brand's signature seat material. Ostrich nappa stitched in the hex motif that recurs across grille, wheel, and headliner. Available throughout the cabin on every Ultra-tier vehicle.

Anaconda-skin embossed nappa

Subtle scaled embossing across nappa leather. Asper and Eunectes carry this signature on door cards, dashboard, and luggage. Eunectes ships with a bespoke three-piece matching luggage set.

Faceted crystal switchgear

Drive-mode puck and shifter cut from solid faceted crystal. Diamond-cut crystal flutes in the Noctua's champagne refrigerator. Mother-of-pearl rings around critical controls.

Brushed champagne-gold

The brand's signature accent metal. Hand-applied to dash plates, door pulls, headliner trim, and the engine builder's plaque. Patinas with use, never coats.

Constellation fiber-optic

Headliner stars woven from individually fed fiber-optic strands. Each vehicle's mythology silhouette is hand-positioned. SCANT-tier owners specify the exact night sky to be reproduced.

Hand-built in America

Every door sill carries the words. Every plate confirms the origin. The Apex 8 and Apex 8 Ultra engines are assembled and stamped by the engineer who built them — every Ultra-tier engine carries a builder's plaque.

The Mythology

Every ULA vehicle carries a name from classical, scientific, or biblical tradition — and a hidden constellation in the panoramic glass roof. Anatum (peregrine falcon). Noctua (little owl). Asper (serpent). Mastodon (mammoth). Behemoth (biblical earth-titan). Eunectes (anaconda — Greek for "good swimmer"). Hidden ancient-script Easter eggs are etched into the obsidian inlays of select vehicles.

SCANT-tier vehicles unlock the headlight and grille light to the entire visible spectrum. Atelier-curated palettes per commission, programmable scenes, and synchronized cabin ambient lighting. Ultra-tier ships tunable warm-to-cool white (2700K → 6000K). Signature ships fixed daylight white. Only SCANT runs the full color spectrum.

Adaptive-tint glazing

Every window is electrochromic on Ultra and Ultra SCANT. Driver-controlled, continuously variable from clear to private, per-window or whole-cabin master. Step into the back of a Noctua at noon and have the rear cabin go opaque before the door closes — no curtains, no film, no shade.

Dual-driver door audio (mid-range hexagonal speaker + lower hexagonal subwoofer). Twin precision-engineered headrest speakers per seat. A-pillar speaker pods at each end of the hyperscreen. Cargo-bay subwoofers. Active sound shaping per drive mode.

Co-Engineered with Exhaust

The acoustic engineering team tunes the cabin profile alongside the Apex 8 exhaust manifolds. Stealth and Comfort modes cancel unwanted frequencies. Ultra mode amplifies the V8 character through 33 speakers.

Anatum Exclusive — Blue VU Meters

Anatum Ultra retains a pair of iconic blue VU meters mounted above the dashboard. Reframed as "ULA Ultra Luxury Audio" badge plates. The meter aesthetic is the visual anchor — a brand-exclusive cockpit signature.

Personal Mode — Owner Tuned

Owners can tune exhaust character, anti-lag intensity, decel pop calibration, and cabin acoustic profile within Personal Mode. SCANT-tier owners receive bespoke sound profiles created at the atelier. OTA-updatable across the lifetime of the vehicle.

Forced Induction

American performance-engineering consultancy on the Apex 8 Ultra forced-induction system. Co-credit on Ultra-tier engines. Primary architecture support on the SCANT-tier HEMI-derived 1,500 hp commission variant.

ULA Ultra Luxury Audio

In-house acoustic engineering subsidiary co-developing the integrated cabin–exhaust acoustic system. Every ULA speaker bears the ULA shield.

SCANT Atelier — Hand Finishing

SCANT — Hasan's atelier and design house — provides the customization layer for SCANT-tier vehicles and operates independently across automotive, marine, aviation, residential, and bespoke product commissions.

Hasan also operates a real estate operating system — a separate venture leveraging the same operational discipline. ULA, SCANT, and the real estate program share an ownership philosophy: serialized, allocated, and built for the long arc of the relationship.
